Can i capture images from Microsoft Life Cam VX-700 Webcam/Other webcam using TWAIN.Please help me.This is urgent for me

Maybe. Likely to be limited, you’ll have to decide if the limitations are acceptable.
Download and install a TWAIN app such as IrfanView. (http://www.irfanview.com)
In the File – Select Scan/TWAIN Source, does it list a WIA-something that looks like your camera?
If so, you can use TWAIN to get images from that device.It’s actually using a ‘WIA driver’ to get the images, and then going through a magic adapter layer that makes it available through TWAIN too.
If it works at all, your program won’t have much control – you’ll get a capture dialog and be able to click a ‘capture image’ button or similar. Your program won’t be able to set the frame size, and there’s a good chance you won’t be able to capture images without that interactive dialog.
Or there’s this hack I wrote years ago… google “generic video ds”
