Thanks @MarkM. Great answer. Is there a way to programmatically suppress the scanner device driver messagebox that pops up?
I wrote a .net application to use Twain DSM. All I had to do was copy the twaindsm.dll in the bin/debug or bin/release folder and it worked fine.
