Hi everyone. I’m having an error during image acquisition from the scanner of an Aficio 2060 Multifunction.
The TWAIN driver installed (downloaded from Ricoh Webpage) is v 3.80b, the latest I think. When I want to scan from my PC (using Corel, Desktop Binder and others), I get the “Error 36851: No response from scanner” over and over. The connection is made via a crossover UTP and the ping works great.
I’ve tried it all and still cannot make it work, any ideas or suggestions?Thanks in advance!

Hi everybody!
I’ve found the solution to my problem posted weeks ago and I want to share it with you. Error 36851 has to do with a problem on the NVRAM of the machine, in this case an Aficio MF 2060.I tried it all as I said before and finally found the solution changing the whole connectivity of the Aficio. Then it worked properly. A technician checked the connectivity and found a problem on the NVRAM.
