    How should i fill TW_IDENTITY For my specific application?
    I am using twacker 64 by kodak .
    How should i fill Product family and version if its not written explicitly in the application?
    In my program i have opened DSM and listed the scanners but when i issue MSG_OPENDS command , it closes the program .
