Hello!, I’m Sergio from Spain. I will try to explain as well as possible my problem (sorry, my english isn’t very good):
I have made an application that manages scaners. When I try to scan more than one paper with a Canon DR-2050C (ADF (single mode)), the device take all the papers from the feeder instead of taking one by one and it only creates the picture of the first paper.
At source code the problem is here:
…
Rc = (*pDSM_Entry) ((TW_IDENTITY*)&MainIdentity,(TW_IDENTITY*)&SourceIdentity,DG_CONTROL,DAT_SETUPFILEXFER,MSG_SET,&(FileSetup));
…
Rc = (*pDSM_Entry) ((TW_IDENTITY*)&MainIdentity,(TW_IDENTITY*)&SourceIdentity,DG_IMAGE,DAT_IMAGEFILEXFER,MSG_GET,NULL);
…
The first time there isn’t any error, the scanner scans the first page, it creates the image file and saves it in the correct path. No problem in this lines.
The second time I obtain an error at the first line, I return an error and I don’t continue scanning. The scanner took all the papers but I can see in the code variables that the scanner still have got more papers (it is false).
If I do the same with a Fujitsu fi-4010CU, it takes the papers one by one from the fedder and it creates the same number of images as the papers scanned.
I don’t know why Canon take all the papers the first time instead of take one by one. I want to know if I can control this.
Has anybody any idea?. Thanks.

I think CAP_AUTOSCAN may be TRUE. Please try to set CAP_AUTOSCAN to FALSE before scanning.
