I try to determine type/class of source.
The only way, i have heard is checking some capablilities(are any diffrent
ways to do it?).so i finding twain sources and i’m getting TW_IDENTITY structures.after it i’m using it to check this capabilities.but to do it i need to open first, every source, which i want to ask about this capababilities.
with this operation opening source, a logo of my source is appearing, and this is not what i want to see in this moment.how to avoid this logo?and other question aboyt determining type of class. i need devide my devices into three classes: scaners, digital cammeras and webcams.I know the best thing is checking names of product.but this can be tricky some times.i’ve got scanner “hp 1110 all in one” and in name of this source there is not any subword “scan”. In product name in sources, subword “cam” can be for cammeras and webcams.
can i do in this way?
CAP_FEEDERENABLED will let me know if is it scaneer on not
CAP_CAMERAPREVIEWUI will let me know if is it cammera or not.
if it is not scanner and cammera can i assign it to webcams
or
if it is not scaner and CAP_BATTERYPERCENTAGE is not supported can i assign it to webcams too?do you’ ve got any clues?
