I know my scanner supports duplex as I am able to scan double sided with proprietary programs and even the twain UI.
When I try to manually query Duplex and get and set the DUPLEXENABLED I get a badcap error.
For those of you who can scan in duplex how do you programatically set it?
post some code that misbehaves, I’ll post back with where I think it needs tweaked (unless you post java).
.
and include some device information. vendor, driver, etc..
extra points awarded if you use a twister report..
My scanner is fujitsu 6670.
When I check the capabilites in twacker I still get the BADCAP message.
What puzzles me is that when I set Enable Duplex in the scanners UI everything works. What is happening in the UI with Duplex that is working and why cant it work in twacker or in my code?
I figured it out. I was using a WIA Fujitsu source and not the actual Fujitsu source. Bad things happen with WIA
